The 1985 Blue Hole Sunburst II is a classic, highly regarded solo whitewater and downriver canoe built from durable ABS Royalex. Designed primarily by Steve Scarborough, it featured a deeper profile than the original Sunburst I to handle heavier loads and bigger rapids while keeping the paddler dry. The Sunburst is known for its thickness and weight, being made of Royalex.
This model is a legendary, "state-of-the-art" boat from the mid-80s, often praised for its durability.
