I have two Bard 5 ton climate control systems. They will control heat or A/C to maintain a specific preset temperature range.
They run on 208/240 volt power and are exterior wall mount units.
Both are in excellent condition with only a few years of use. Two ports would be needed on the wall over the air circulation input/outputs.
These would be excellent for controlling the temperature and humidity of a workshop, barn, storage space, etc.
New cost each is over $10K, selling these for $3000 per unit. I believe each unit would support a 2-3 thousand square foot area.
