This machine has been in storage for over 5 years. It is very gently used, only printed out a few dozen labels to experiment, it worked well before putting it away. It still has has sticky film on the plastic window on the top of the machine. It also comes with a few hundred labels for practicing. This printer would be great for people that sell on etsy, ebay, etc. To set up the machine to your computer you have to download the drivers. The best way and the way I did it was go to you tube, enter the printer information and videos on how to do it will pop up.
