A set of 6 gilt sterling silver anointing spoons made for Edward VIII in 1936. The spoons weigh 57 grams and are 3 3/4" long. The spoons were made by Saunders & Shepard Co. LTD. of London. All are hallmarked with no repairs or initials. The box itself is a little scruffy.
