This is a framed watercolor of Newburyport Harbor in MA. It is signed by the artist Richard Michael Gibney. It was done in 1961. The frame measures 32x27. The frame is gray. The actual watercolor measures 24x19. You will need to reset the watercolor into the frame because it is loose. This is shown in one of the pictures. I took watercolor out of frame because of the reflection in the glass.
Would look great in a beach cottage.

The glass got broken. You will need to replace it.
