Submitted for your consideration is a large matted and wood framed, ready-to-hang print of Norman Rockwell's famous baseball painting entitled, "Tough Call" (aka Three Umpires). The original Rockwell painting is from 1948, and appeared on the April 23, 1949 cover of The Saturday Evening Post magazine.

The game is being played under threat of rain at Ebbets Field in Brooklyn NY between the visiting Pittsburgh Pirates, and their hosts the Brooklyn Dodgers. Any real fan of baseball history knows this painting very well, which makes it a great gift for such an individual.

DIMENSIONS: Frame = 24" x 22.5"; Print = 18" x 16+"

CONDITION: Excellent ~ save for some acid-run at very lower end of the closed back ~ which does not affect the front.

I couldn't do anything about the reflection of the glass, so provided a clearer image via stock photo (see 3rd pic).
