I am 58 and these were my Grandmothers and we are an Italian family. Grapes are an important part of Italy's Heritage. Not sure when they were made. My guess would be late 1930 s or early 1940 s.

The bases are very heavily weighted to keep the lamps upright and stable.
Pic 3 shows they are Fine Porcelain ~ Dusty as you can see - They will clean up easily
