Bought this 6,000 BTU white standing portable air conditioner brand new for $319 a few weeks ago. Only used for 2 weeks while our central AC was being replaced. Includes ALL original hardware including remote, instruction manual, window kit. It's clean, blows ice cold, brand new and unit has wheels so it's easy to move around.
