This unit was installed 11/23 it has been run for all of 25 minutes. It was required by the town to receive "Certificate of Occupancy" this unit cost $2850 to purchase plus more for instillation. Shop is closed, so selling at half price $1400. It also has a $150 controller with it. I will send photos of inside and out if you wish.
