Unit has very little use but is dusty/dirty from sitting in the heated garage for years. All paperwork and remote is included. Needs to have the door hinge pins/bolt replaced as it must have gotten bumped. Although the door doesn't normally need to be opened! These units are over $700 now. Worked excellent. Gas flex line is also attached.
Perfect for a cottage or hunting camp. Puts out a lot of heat!
