I am getting older and I cannot handle the installation and removal every year so I have switched to a floor unit.
It functions perfectly.
In the photos, it is the bottom unit. The wheels are a furniture dolly.
There are no side skirts, there is no remote.
Comes with a heavy duty window bracket for easier installation.
A unit this size will cool 1,000 square feet of living space. That's a room 24' x 40'. We used it for the living room, dining room, and kitchen in an open concept home.
Bring a friend, as it is 125 pounds. I cannot assist in loading or transport. I do have a 2 wheel dolly you can use to get it to your truck.
