*Help! We're trying to find this 3 Bedroom Apt. / Detached Condo. preferably w/a separate garage in Manchester, NH. / Behind Hillside JHS or to the Right-side of McDonough Elementary School (Behind the left-side of the Derryfield Golf Course) to include:
1. MUST be 1st. Floor.
2. 3 Spacious Bedrooms.
3. Would enjoy the use of a Garage or Off street parking for 2 cars.
4. Washer / Dryer Connections.
5. Heat & Hot Water included (if possible).
6. Descent size Storage area of some sort; basement, etc.
7. Some sort of a yard, for Grilling outdoors & of course Family Get-togethers during the Holidays. / No worries, NO pets.
8. We would Appreciate the new location to also be: On The Bus Route.
*Note A: Please send, using Email, ALL available 3 Bedroom Apt.'s / Detached Condo.'s preferably w/a separate garage for rent with-in these 2 areas of Manchester, NH. that include the details above we're looking to have included in our next home. We'll entertain various monthly rent offers (to include) a Rent to Own Option if by chance you might be interested in selling off your property in the near future.
*Note B: Solid Applicants, been here in our current 2 bedroom apt. for the past 28 years (as of June, 2k25); time to move somewhere new + we need more space! :-)
