Washington Park of Keene is a beautiful, newly constructed apartment complex that is conveniently located right next to downtown Keene, NH. This makes for a short walk to local shops, restaurants, parks, grocery stores, and more!
Unit 183 is one of our larger one bedrooms at 759 square feet. This is an ADA unit located in our 31 Washington Street location (the school building). We are opening up our ADA units to non-ADA individuals if they sign a waiver. Additionally - this unit comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer hookups and dishwasher. This unit is $1,500.00 a month and requires a minimum monthly net income of $5,000. We also require a minimum credit score of 600 or greater and we do not accept co-signers.
Some information about the School Building: During the day, there are two Charter Schools that conduct classes on the first and second floor. This building is conveniently located near the main center of town; walking distance to shops and restaurants. The units have high ceilings, an open concept living area and beautiful big windows that can be opened. There is a laundry room in the building and there are storage units available for rent. The building comes equipped with an elevator. Parking is in front of the school, on a first come / first serve basis. A restaurant with live entertainment is being constructed on the bottom floor of the building.
We are currently receiving applications for this unit on a first come, first serve basis. There is a non-refundable processing fee of $35 for the application. This fee pays for the soft Credit Check and the Criminal Background Check.
When you fill out the application, please attach 8 weeks worth of paystubs from the employer that you will have as a tenant here at Washington Park. Relocation applicants will need an official offer letter from their new employers that shows their salary and start date. If working remotely, we will need proof of remote work from the employer.

If your application is approved, we will schedule a time for a tour (if the unit is vacant) and if you like the unit, you can submit a Security Deposit, equal to one month’s rent, and first Month’s Rent to reserve the apartment.
Please Note: ALL required documentation, e.g. insurance, landlord references, etc. must be received 2 weeks prior to Move-In Date.
Rent includes water, sewer, trash and snow removal and parking for one vehicle per unit on a first come / first serve basis. Tenants are responsible for electric (incl. heating, cooling, hot water) and internet.
For Pets: We allow 2 cats maximum at $25/cat /month; we do not allow dogs.
Our units are rented via a 12 month lease.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments; however, there are receptacles provided outside at designated locations.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am daily.
