Single family beach house located on a quiet side street off of Brown Ave (walking distance to the beach and boulevard). Our neighbors live here year round, so we are looking for a tenant that will be respectful to them for this winter rental.

*NO pets or smoking of any kind, NO exceptions, please do not ask. Our family has severe allergies, so no smoking allowed in the property or outside of it. This will nullify the rental agreement immediately and void the $2200 deposit
This is our family home, it is not a party house, so please don't ask to rent it if the rules are too strict.
We apologize for being so strict on this rental, but we work very hard to have this property and need the tenant to appreciate it and respect our neighbors as much as we do.
