My girlfriend and I are considering moving out of town. Looking to maybe swap a small house out of town for a year, to try it out. We have a decent apartment (I own) just outside downtown portsmouth in the recreational area. It is a 2 bedroom with tile floor, storage room, basement laundry and a fenced in yard (accesible by walking around the house.) As and idea of the value we would be trading on last time it was rented it was for $1700. We would pay the bills here, you'd be responsible for the bills at yours (maybe the utilities could be switched). We would be interested in anything in a private setting 20 to 40 minutes north of portsmouth. We have a cat and dog but both are A+ and yours would be welcome here. Don't know when maybe in the spring.
