Here is my situation, I have a beautiful one bedroom at Waterford Place apartments off Hackett Hill. My apartment overlooks the nature preserve that surrounds the property. I have seen deer, porcupines, coons, geese, ducks and minks among others. It is absolutely quiet. The guy upstairs is a musician and always gone. I might be relocating to Mass on June 26.
