Are there times that you go down to the basement and want to clean and save these things you cherish, but then decide not to after looking at it for awhile?

Are you finding the “Economy” has taken family members into your home, to help them with living expenses and you really don’t have the space other than that unfinished basement / attic or garage that you use for storage?

Now’s the time to turn that “Basement” into a warm / cozy inviting area by installing a new bedroom / bathroom / office / playroom / recreation room / bar and “partition off” one end of that room for storage shelves against the walls, hiding “eye sores” such as; metal duct work, furnace, oil barrels, water heater, water filtration systems, pipes / drains, then adding louver doors for easy access and good ventilation. 2). Slide out draw “food wrap holder”: Use your draws to keep all your food wrapping papers in order: A very handy wrapping paper holder built into draw(s). Simply pick up hinged cover, drop your paper into it, such as: aluminum foil, saran wrap, wax paper and foodsaver rolls, then feed paper through the slots and close cover….its as easy as that!



3). Wall ”spice rack”: Have a blank space on your wall that you want to use for something, why not a spice rack. I will build that rack to fill your needs. You can have the rack open or add small doors to close and hide!




4). Wall ”food wrap holder”: Use that blank wall space to keep all your food wrapping papers in order. Simply open side of holder, slide your aluminum foil, saran wrap, wax paper, foodsaver rolls into it, then simply feed paper through the slots and close side door. You can leave rack open or have doors to close and hide!




5). Install custom ”individual” dividers in draws to organize : spoons, forks, knives and utensils (permanent or removable) for creating different spaces!.




6). Custom wooden bread boxes, napkin holders, under the sink cabinet organizers for bottles, cans, brushes etc., Counter / table cook book “easels”, paper towel holders, tree cup holders, wall cup holders, lazy susans, salt and pepper holders, add more shelfing in your existing cabinets (adjustable), wall shelves and wall key holders.


7). Laundry rooms: Built in laundry detergent dispensers ( holds and hides bottles. Only thing that shows is the pouring nossil and it’s easy to load). Wall clothes racks, wall shelves, built in wall hide a way ”iron board centers” with light, plug and door. Wooden hampers with plastic liners optional.

MEHP RECYCLES
VOCs are emitted as gasses from certain solids or
liquids. VOCs include a variety of chemicals, some
of which may have short- and long-term adverse
health effects. Concentrations of many VOCs are
consistently higher indoors (up to 10 times higher)
than outdoors. VOCs are emitted by a wide array of
products numbering in the thousands. Examples
include: paints and lacquers, cleaning supplies,
pesticides, building materials and furnishings, office
equipment such as copiers and printers, correction
fluids and carbonless copy paper, graphics and craft
materials including glues and adhesives, permanent
markers, and photographic solutions. To read more

What’s the difference? A french
-cut is the more sophisticated and
appealing trim-cut but also the
more costly method of trimming a
house. It entails not only painting
the faces of all trim boards but
also the edges. Opposed to the
english-cut which ties the siding
and trim edges together with the
body color.
