Great Living location in Dover. A large house with 4 bedrooms, a large yard, and ample parking for the winter. We just lost our rooomate to a promotion at his work..he is moving to Boston. We need to fill his room with a clean, busy, young proffesional. We all have jobs, work hard, and are in the midst of bettering ourselves in the marketplace. We like to have fun ,but it is few and far between. The house boasts large common areas with big screen TV for Football and in house office if you as well are busy with work... The room for rent is a good size with 3 closets for ample space for clothes and other belongings. We would prefer a young person who is personable and clean...like all of us. This house has a designed parking space for the renter and it is right next to the doors...no long downtown dover park and go's ( I have had them before..they suck with groceries in your hands when its snowing)

The rent is $500 including everything ( cable, wireless internet, electricity, rent, heat and hot water, snow removal, trash removal, and stock advice {one of us is a stock broker} )... which is great for the high cost of fuel this winter. You will be kept on no lease, just asked to give us a months notice if you're leaving.. We are putting up the Christmas tree next week we would like to have a roomate before that... so we can have help making this place look like a home!

This is a nice neighborhood and area of Laconia. You have a straight shot to the highway and 106 is right next to the house. It is 20 minutes from Concord and 5 minutes to Tilton. There is plenty of shopping in the area and all of the conveniences one may need.
