The New Hampshire On-the-Job Training (OJT) program currently has access to 100+ full time position openings with New Hampshire employers!
If you are a New Hampshire or out-of-state resident who is currently receiving unemployment from a New Hampshire employer, and you have been laid off for 12 or more weeks, you may be eligible for an "earn as you learn" On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunity.
We provide employers with up to 90% wage reimbursements for up to six months when they hire an OJT eligible candidate.
