$144000 / 2br - 1000ft² - WATERFRONT, Unique 1400sf Lanai w/fireplace (Port Charlotte)
2BR 1000ft2 house
This was a rental, was never hard to rent, as soon as people saw the Lanai and the potential to set it up anyway they chose, they wanted it right away. I'm not leaving the area, I love it here. The house itself it small, 2 br, 1 bath. Aprox 1000 sq ft. But has been completely remodeled. Complete house just had all new ceramic tiles put down though out. Kitchen has all new cabinets, new counter. Whole house repainted. Its a nice quiet area, dead end street about 2 houses down as the canal wraps around, there is a park just up around the corner, walking distance, Port Charlotte beach is just about exactly 1 mile away, 1 stop light away. At the beach there is also a pool, boat launch, picnic cabanas, basketball, volleyball, horse shoes and other stuff. As you can see, if the Beach is that close, its 5 mins from your own back yard to the harbor by boat, straight out to the ocean. The fishing here is great all year round. In the little map in the ad, the arrow points almost directly on the house, so you can actually see how close it is to the harbor. I'll answer any questions possible, I own this outright, I do not need to sell, just prefer to get out of the rental business, I'm marketing it myself, will save us both on real estate fees, I do have a title company for closing. Lets respect each other, please don't low ball me, again, I don't need to sell, but feel free to make reasonable offers, I can't do anymore then say no. I have No interest in owner financing, I'd make more in just renting it.
A couple extra things.... it does have Air, but not Central air. Also, if you want to look the house up, I have nothing to hide. Zillow.com is a site you can look up pretty much any house and what its worth. The "Zestimate" on this house is 142k.. 127 Godfrey ave, Port Charlotte, Fl. 33948
People ask me about Owner financing. And I can understand why. Yes, I do own the house outright, but I have a 30k loan I want/need to get paid off, (not on this house) so I won't totally rule out owner finance. But its highly doubtful. You'd have to put 30k down. And be quite creative so it benefited me greatly in some way. But don't think too hard on it, i'd really rather sell.
