Accounting and Finance Assistant - Jewett Construction (Raymond, NH)

Part Time Accounting Assistant. Approximately 20 hours per week. Assist with backlog and then provide on-going accounting support. In this role you will perform a variety of routine accounting and clerical functions in accordance with standard procedures.
Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
· Assist with payroll
· Create customer invoices
· Process A/R and A/P
· Account reconciliation
· Assist with monthly closings.
· Preparing vendor payments.
· 2-4 years accounting and/or bookkeeping experience
· Knowledge of general accounting practices and procedures
· Attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this role
· Strong data entry skills
