The screen is included and has minor tearing in the bottom left corner. It's all white vinyl except for the wooden handle on the inside. The door slides open from left to right from the inside of the house.

The vanity measures 36 1/2" wide, 22 1/4" deep, 32" high with 3" backsplash on the back and left side. The right side has a chrome towel bar installed on it.

The toilet measures 26" deep, 17" wide and 29" high.

5 foot section (or maybe 4? what ever the standard size is for the kits) of pipe to use inside the fireplace to put an insert in the fireplace. We used it only burned a few times, then bought a more efficient insert and needed to replace it with a smaller pipe. I also have some pieces to block the damper you can have with this. Winter will be here before you know it!

HEAVY brass chandelier made in Spain. Not sure of exact age 1960's or older. Works great, I took it with me when I moved but am unable to use it in my new house.
