Hi my friend is looking for low rent and is willing to exchange his skills in carpentry, electric, plumbing, plowing, painting, sheetrocking, cutting/splitting/stacking wood, and pretty much any type of maintenence etc for low rent...about $250/month for a furnished place. He has his own vehicle, verifiable income (not much, but it's a steady income), and can help with pretty much anything that needs being done around the place. he has no pets but is a smoker (cigarettes). I had recently seen an ad for a place on South Pond in Stark that a man was looking for a handy man to keep the place up for him at $250/month, but I can no longer find the ad. If this man is still needing someone, or anyone knows of someone that needs a handyman for low rent, please reply to this post! He'd be a great asset for the winter months around the outside of a property! Looking for a place around Berlin/Milan/Groveton/Colebrook area...northern NH. But any and all responses will be considered, even outside of the Northern part of the state!!
