I am looking for a yearly lease on cottage/cabin for rent in lower NH. Basically I'm looking for a place to go every other weekend and a few weeks during the year with my wife, snowmobile and dog. I am not interested in a trailer/mobile but something more like a cabin.
If it turns out that it becomes something I really enjoy, at the end of the lease I will either make an offer on the property or if it's not for sale either continue the lease or find one that is for sale.
I am a mature adult and will respect your property as something I am borrowing from a friend. Anyone that I have ever rented from always had their property returned in better shape than they gave it to me. I am a non-smoker however my wife does smoke. She never smokes in the house however out of respect for me.
Given that I will not be there 100% of the time I would consider a rental situation whereas I share the place and use it when the owner is not there. This would be my second choice however.
