<description><![CDATA[I am looking for a house to rent that would allow for an in home dog grooming business. Already have many clients, just no where to work out of.   It would only be for two professional adults, so size of house does not matter.  There is no need for concern of noise level of barking dogs as grooming can be done by appointment only allowing just one dog on premises at a time.  House would need to have either a separate detached building, heated garage, or finished basement.  A grooming business only requires a small amount of space so even a tool/ storage shed in the back may be appropriate.  A mobile home on it's own land would also be greatly considered.  Rental would either have to be located in mixed use zoning or allow for a variance to operate a small in home business.  In the beginning I am looking for something in the range of $1000-$1200 per month.  I also have my own plumber/electrician/carpenter/painter/handyman so something requiring minor work would also be highly considered. If you anything available or coming available that may work for me please let me know.
