I am looking for freezer burned or unwated meat. Freezer burned meat, although unappealing to humans still has all of the nutrition a dog needs. I have an English Mastiff that has to be fed a home made diet due to severe food allergies.

I would be very interested in taking any unwanted meat off your hands- Chicken, beef, pork, rabbit, deer, goat, moose or anything else that you might have. The only thing is that it can not be processed or seasoned/marinated.

If you are a hunter, I would also be interested in the organ meats/ parts that you most likley would throw away. ( heart, liver, kidneys, pancreas,tounge, bones- pretty much any part a dog can consume)I would also be interested in bones that still have a decent amount of meat on them or scrap meat that you will not be using.

Majik is an 8 year old, 12.3hh Chincoteague Pony. She is completely wild (from the island) and needs an experienced trainer who has the time to work with her. She is a very sweet mare, but she is literally wild. She was a rescue a little while back. We were planning on keeping her, but I decided to go back to school, and do not have the time to put into her. I dont want her to be a pasture pet all of her life, and I think it is only fair to find someone who does have the time for her.
We have been able to pet her, and brush her a little, but no one has time to keep up with her. She does NOT have a halter on anymore - we took hers off, and havent gotten one back on.
I will ONLY let her go to someone who has experience with this. She will need to be worked with on farm before she leaves (if you cannot get her nicely on a trailer, she can not go home with you.)
This is a long term free lease only! I am not selling her, as I dont want her to end up in a bad situation again. I am not asking for any payment, just a good home. If it doesnt work out, I want her back. (note:it is still a lease only!). Her new home MUST be local. I will require a farm check prior to her leaving. I will also require regular farm checks after she leaves.
I will also consider doing an onfarm lease with her.

He crossties pretty well, lunges well, and has worn a bridle and and saddle. Picks up his feet with little hesitation. Leads well. He is in a run-in now, but I think he would be fine in a stall. He is a very easy keeper - eats very little, and wont need shoes.
He is sound and healthy, and should have no restrictions for training.

I am going to register him before he leaves.
I will have him gelded before he leaves if it is paid for - for someone who is willing to pay for his gelding, but doesnt have time for the hosing and healing.

We have a few horses available for on-farm lease -

First is a Haflinger mare. 13.2hh. w/t/needs to be pushed into the canter. She is very well behaved and not spooky. Would be best for an intermediate beginner and up. Great in the ring, over fences, and on the trails.

Second is a 14hh Quater horse gelding. Needs an intermediate or greater rider. He is very well behaved, but still young, so he does need an intermediate or greater rider. Not spooky. w/t/working on canter. Good in the ring, and on trails. No jumping for this guy on the lease, unless it is during a lesson.

Third is a 12.3hh Chincoteague Pony mare. Needs either a small adult, or a more experienced young rider. She is well behaved, but is still young, and needs an intermediate and up rider. As of now, she is w/t. Will canter if pushed into it. We have only used her in the ring, but she should be fine for a more advanced rider on the trails.

Lease prices are as follows :

$75/month for partial/work lease - this includes: riding up to 3 days a week. Participants for this lease must be willing to work an hour each day that they are riding. (work includes : either cleaning/watering the horse barn, and outside buckets, cleaning goat pen and cleaning/filling their water, or cleaning/watering chicken coops.)

$150/month for partial lease - this includes: riding time up to 3 days a week, and (one) hour long lesson a week with qualified instructor.

$250/month for full lease - this includes riding up to 5 times a week, and (one) hour long lesson a week with qualified instructor.
Tack and ring are available to use. Access to dirt roads, and trails.

1998 Sundowner Valuelite (gooseneck), 2 horse slant load trailer for sale. This trailer is in like new condition, only has about 5,000 loaded miles! Extra high and wide to hold larger horses. Very generous size dressing room with two saddle racks and several bridle hooks. Rear tack area as well. This trailer is being sold AS IS. The trailer is in great shape, but the floor needs work. There is a problem with the material that sundowner used to make the floors on this model and that has caused them to rust prematurely. I am not sure of the extent of the problem, but I am told a welding shop can fix these for $3,000 or less. So I am offering this trailer for $6,500. This is a great deal on a great trailer. Sunny is a very pretty red roan. born 3/18/07. She should mature at least 15+hh. She has a loving personality, and loves attention. She has good ground manners. She has been training on the lunge line for about 3 months now. She lunges well, in tack, and without. She has had a rider sit on her, and she was perfect. Has done some ground driving, and is pretty good at it. Responds well to pressure on the bit.
Stands on the cross ties with no problems. Pick up all 4 feet with little hesitation.
She is going to be a relatively easy project. She listens well, and tries as hard as she can to do what is asked of her. She is very willing, and will make for a good horse in just about any discipline.

Sunny is an amazing horse. I dont have an immediate use for her, or a good amount of time to put into her, so I would like to find her a great home with someone who has time! She is a very sweet mare, and deserves more attention than she is getting now!
