Chef / Kitchen Manager (Stowe VT)
New Mexican Restaurant, opening in Stowe VT, is looking to fill the lead role in the kitchen. Experience in Mexican Cuisine is preferred. The potential candidate will have at least 3 years experience overseeing all facets of kitchen operation, including, but not limited to staffing and training, cost control, recipe support and implementation, nightly specials, ordering, inventory and food preparation.
This is a salaried position with bonus potential.
