Successful Italian restaurant is looking for an experienced Sous Chef. He or she should be currently employed, with at least three years of high volume experience. A solid knowledge of cooking fundamentals and experience with Italian cuisine are necessary. Candidates should have a strong understanding of ordering, as well as food and labor cost controls.
