Reception:
Don’t be hesitant when asking this musician to do the DJ and MC portion of the evening. Joe is at heart, just a fan of music. He has a massive collection of wedding music and loves to get the crowd dancing. Joe recently added a 500 watt subwoofer to his sound system that works great for reception/dance music. Years of performing has provided Joe a comfort level behind the microphone that only experience of that sort can achieve. His MC style is very easy going and although always precise and effective, never overbearing.

It is imperative that your photographer be at the rehersal in order to see how the events of the day will play out first hand. Our portable studio is just that, a studio, we are not shooting with on camera flash, we are using the same high quality lighting and modifiers that are used in the studio. I have added some sample images at the end, please note that, thought I do a lot of work with kids, I prefer not to share those image here, but will be happy to provide samples for your review.
How does it work:
We meet and discuss the details of the evening;
Your committee votes on the proposal and if approved, we sign a contract;
Your committee notifies the families that we will be there and of the cost;
It is encouraged that you have participants pre-sign up and pay in advance;
On the evening of the dance/event, we arrive 1 to 2 hours before the start and set up our studio;
You provide us with a person to keep a record of each pose (we will provide you of a list of information we need);
About 2 weeks after the dance, we deliver the prints to your organization or company for distribution. These prints will be in cardboard envelopes, each envelope labeled. We can also offer a mailing service if preferred for an additional cost per pose.
