Customer Service Representative (NH Seacoast)
NH Seacoast client looking for a temporary Customer Service Representatives for a 6 month contract. Could have potential for permanent hire!
Customer Service Representative answers numerous telephone inquiries from customers regarding payment status, status changes, reinstatement procedures, plan change procedures, claim filing procedures, requests for supplies, explanation of rate changes, etc. Will document calls, and obtain required information from callers, return calls requiring research and uses judgment in releasing discretionary information to callers. High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred. Preferred candidates will have prior call center experience. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills, possess a high degree of tact, diplomacy and professionalism when dealing with all types of customers, and have the ability to work effectively in a high call volume Call Center. $14/hr
Shifts will be Monday through Friday:
