We offer exotic dance/pole dancing parties for Bachelorette, Girls' Night Out Divorce, Birthday and more. Classy parties, no nudity. 2 Gorgeous studios, one is 3,000 square feet and the other is 1500 sf. We provide expert supportive instruction, with attention to your specific learning style. Every student in our pre-registered classes has the use of her own pole for the entire class. You will never share a pole in a pre-registered class in our spacious private studio, allowing you to maximize your learning as well as your fitness!
Our classes are an exquisite mix of exotic sensual dance moves, floor-work, strength training/toning, fitness/cardio, empowerment, building self-confidence and grace, pole dancing/spins and tricks. Pole Dance for fun and fitness! We also offer Burlesque, Ballet, Exotic Chair Dancing, Jazz and Belly Dance! Coming soon Aerial Silks workshops!
Our classes offer a full body, mind and spirit workout! You will walk away a more confident and sexy woman! Our instructors are highly experienced, and will give you individual attention and instruction in a safe, supportive upscale atmosphere. Nothing about our studio or classes is “sleazy”! Our students range in age from 18-75! The average age of our students is 35-55. We offer our classes to ALL women, regardless of shape, size, age or fitness level. Safe, supportive environment. No judgment, no nudity. In our main studio we have 11 professional 13’ dance poles and a 40’ mirrored wall, dim and flattering lighting (no harsh lights here!) as well as a beautiful new stage, professional scanning nightclub and black lights....the highlight of private parties! The ambiance of our studio sanctuary is described as calming, lush, energizing, sensual and gorgeous. Come experience Bliss for yourself! As always, you will have your own pole for your pre-registered class! Our studio is private and devoted to creating a safe women-only dance / fitness space.

These Intro Taster/Teaser classes are designed for fun, empowerment to help build your self esteem and enhance body image. Classes are for all women, regardless of shape, size or fitness level. Safe, supportive environment. No judgment, no nudity. A Intro Taster class in Pole & Exotic Chair Dancing is a combination of sensual stretching, exotic dance moves, simple pole dancing moves and sexy chair dancing moves. Barefoot class, wear comfortable yet sexy yoga-type clothing, long or capri pants are best. $25/class. Reservations only.
