Business Management Leader (Cheshire & Surrounding areas)
-To learn the system to be able to manage, organize, and train other team members. These tasks include:
-Creating the awareness of our platform through multiple channels of marketing to include social media as well as in person and over the phone.
-Contact leads to guide through the enrollment process and answer necessary questions.
-Recruit, train, and support new team members
-Organize & Hold presentations/orientations for educational and promotional purposes.
-May be required to assist customers on educating and finding the solution that fits their needs.
-Follow up with customers to maintain a supportive role and ensure they are following the program properly or provide assistance.
-To further company growth through systems created in the company but to also seek more effective and efficient means.
-Certain positions will require to also expand the company into new markets and areas by finding other qualified individuals and to provide the training and support for further growth and expansion.
-Good Work Ethic
-Have a good working knowledge on nutrition and fitness practices; or an eagerness to learn
-A positive and caring attitude is largely required as we are about 1. The customer and their needs/goals & 2. The team's moral, comraderie, and moral culture building
-Prior experience a plus, but not necessary
-Able to maintain an organized work environment
-Clear and well understood communication skills
-Flexible work schedule
-Part & Full Time Available
